Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING: Southern Comforts does not offer shipping. We will be happy to connect you to one of recommended movers who will be able to advise you of their cost. Moving costs are non refundable!

RETURNS: We strongly advise you to inspect items, are 100% certain it's the piece(s) you want and be sure of the measurements before you purchase. Most consigned items are gently used and may have imperfections, of which, may be missed on inspection or in photos. We do our very best to inspect items and include any imperfections (AS IS) in our descriptions and photos. Please call the store with questions you may have. Because we are selling on behalf of our consignors ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

IMPORTANT: Once you have purchased your items they belong to you and are your responsibility. We advise you take them home the same day or pick up as soon as possible as we have no room to store items. You should bring your own help to load your items and may request a member of our team to assist if available. Southern Comforts is not liable for any damage which may be caused the duration your items remain with us (maximum of 3 days) or if we assist you any way to load or during transit. Please bring appropriate tie-down and padding as we are unable to supply these. 

On the very rare occasion a return is agreed, there will be a 10% fee and a store credit added to your account.
